Marchaina “JoiBeatz” Roscoe is the Founder & CEO of JoiBeatz Productionz LLC and an artist, audio engineer, producer, DJ, and creative entrepreneur. With a B.S. in Music Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology and certifications in Avid Pro Tools, Dolby Atmos Mixing, and Artist Development, she brings both technical expertise and an artist’s perspective to every project.

Her journey began in 2016 when she was recognized as Producer of the Year during her senior year of high school. While going to college in Philadelphia, she went on to work as a Mix Assistant and Junior Engineer under Ben Thomas at After5 Studios, contributing to sessions and earning engineering credits with major and independent artists including WavesOnGianni, Brett Gray, OSHUN, Aria Bléu, Béya, 3strella, and more. After returning home, she continued building her career throughout the Boston music scene and now works as a Resident Engineer at The SoundLab, alongside her work as a professional DJ and teaching artist.

Today, JoiBeatz is focused on creating intentional, artist-centered experiences through music, audio, and live performance. As both an artist and service provider, she understands the importance of having someone who not only hears the technical details, but understands the creative vision behind them. Whether she’s behind the boards, behind the decks, or developing a creative concept, she brings purpose, creativity, and genuine joy to every project.
